1 Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and tk1010 ("the Company", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the tk1010 online betting and casino platform available at tk1010.bet (the "Platform").

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager, you unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account.

3 Account Registration and Management

• One account per person: Each individual may hold only one registered account. Duplicate accounts will be merged or closed, and any associated bonus funds may be forfeited.

tk1010 reserves the right to decline any registration application or to close any account at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason for doing so.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Methods

tk1010 supports the following payment methods for Bangladeshi players: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and selected bank transfer options including Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank. Visa and Mastercard may be available subject to eligibility.

Deposits

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account tier.

• tk1010 reserves the right to request identity verification before processing any withdrawal. Accounts with incomplete KYC may experience delays.

5 Betting and Gaming Rules

The following general rules apply to all betting and gaming activity on the tk1010 Platform:

• Bet placement: All bets are final once confirmed. A bet is deemed accepted only when a confirmation reference number is issued to the player. tk1010 is not responsible for bets that fail to register due to connectivity issues on the player's side.

• Void bets: tk1010 reserves the right to void any bet placed at an erroneous price, on a suspended market, or in circumstances where a technical error materially affected the offered odds. In such cases, the original stake will be returned to the player's account.
• Obvious errors: In the event of a manifest error in odds or game outcomes, tk1010 reserves the right to correct the error and settle bets at the correct price. Players may not knowingly exploit pricing errors.
• In-play betting: Live cricket markets — including ball-by-ball, over-by-over, and match-winner markets for BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers fixtures — are subject to suspension during key match events. tk1010 will not be liable for bets submitted during a suspension window that were not confirmed prior to suspension.
• Slot and casino games: All slot and live casino outcomes are determined by certified random number generators (RNGs). Game results are final once the relevant game round is complete. In the event of a game malfunction, the round will be declared void and the stake returned.

6 Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, exploit bonuses, or distort betting markets.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or using the Platform to process criminal proceeds.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, or interfere with any aspect of the Platform's technical infrastructure.
• Exploiting technical errors, glitches, or miscalculated odds to place bets that the player knows are priced incorrectly.
• Using a VPN, proxy, or other anonymisation tool to circumvent geographic restrictions or Platform rules.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other players or tk1010 staff members through any communication channel.

tk1010 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account found to be engaged in prohibited conduct. Associated funds may be forfeited pending investigation. Where tk1010 suffers financial loss as a result of prohibited conduct, the Company reserves the right to pursue recovery of those losses.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the tk1010 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, game assets, software, user interface designs, and the tk1010 brand name — is the exclusive property of tk1010 or its licensed partners and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or republish any Platform content without prior written consent from tk1010.
• Modify, adapt, or create derivative works based on Platform content or game assets.
• Use tk1010's trademarks, logos, or brand assets in any commercial context without express written authorisation.
• Frame, scrape, or systematically extract data from the Platform for any purpose.

Any unauthorised use of tk1010's intellectual property will result in immediate account termination and may expose the infringing party to legal action.

10 Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, tk1010 excludes all liability for:

• Any loss of profits, loss of data, loss of business, or any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the Platform.
• Platform downtime, technical failures, or interruptions to service that are beyond the Company's reasonable control, including failures by third-party payment processors, game providers, or telecommunications infrastructure.
• Loss or damage resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to protect your login credentials.
• Decisions made by you in reliance on any information, odds, statistics, or data published on the Platform, which is provided for informational purposes only.
• Any delay or failure to process a deposit or withdrawal that arises from a third-party payment provider's system outage or policy change.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit tk1010's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other matter that cannot be excluded by law.

11 Privacy and Data Protection

Players agree that any legal proceedings arising from these Terms shall be conducted in English. tk1010's decisions on matters of Platform policy, bet settlement, and account management are final subject to the dispute resolution procedure described above.

13 Miscellaneous Provisions

• Entire agreement: These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and tk1010 with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior communications, understandings, and agreements.
• Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.
